Our telephone number for all of our offices is 817-731-0316. We encourage you to use it, as we cannot know if you have a problem or question unless you tell us. Our staff will take your calls from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays, and the answering service will take them at all other times.

Our phone system is automated in an attempt to improve efficiency. Please follow the appropriate prompts as given. If at any time you feel this system is not meeting your needs, please don't hesitate to contact our office manager Ms. Jo Stewart, by pressing the “0” for operator and asking to be connected to her.

Due to an extremely large number of telephone calls, there is sometimes a breakdown of communication between patients and the office staff, so please try to explain your needs and problems as accurately as possible. An answer or return call will be forthcoming.

We strive to return calls within a 24 hour period or as promptly as possible. The doctors and nurses return the majority of their non-emergency calls later in the afternoon and evenings.

We prefer not to refill prescriptions by telephone: however, if you have reason to think the medication will be required, please have the telephone number of your pharmacy available. Please call only during office hours for prescription refills and non-emergencies so that your chart may be reviewed.

We feel that availability is an important part of our service to you therefore; our staff or answering service can reach us either by phone or radio pager 24 hours a day. On certain days or weekends an associated urologist on staff may respond to your call.
