Stefanie Reisch, PA-C

Stefanie Reisch, PA-C, was raised in Kingwood, TX, just northeast of the Houston area. She attended the University of Texas at Austin, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology. During her time at UT Austin, she became involved with a campus organization, Pre-Physician Assistant Society, which fueled her interest to become a Physician Assistant. She spent the year following graduation working as a medical assistant at a small alternative/complementary medicine clinic called CHARM (The Center for Healing & Regenerative Medicine) in northwest Austin. As she helped to treat patients with chronic and often debilitating musculoskeletal and spinal pain, she gained experience and a passion for caring for patients while helping them achieve their healthcare goals

In the spring of 2016, Stefanie began her formal Physician Assistant education at UT Southwestern in Dallas. Her last clinical rotation for her program requirements took place in the Urology Department at Parkland Memorial Hospital. Her experiences at Parkland convinced her that Urology was going to be her field of choice. She graduated and passed her state board exams in December 2018.

In May 2019, Stefanie Reisch joined the medical team at DFW Urology as a Certified Physician Assistant. Urologic concerns, while sometimes difficult and embarrassing to talk about for the patient, can have a profound impact on the patient’s quality of life. She enjoys serving patient needs with a sympathetic ear and loves the satisfaction that comes when the patients are able to achieve their goals regarding their urinary and sexual health.

Stefanie is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants (TAPA), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and the American Urological Association (AUA)

Outside her career, Stefanie enjoys reading novels, watching the news, bingeing on HULU, and eating pizza with her fiancé. She also loves to explore the various food, art and cultural activities available in the DFW metroplex.
